About the role

You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees
• Work independently with flexible scheduling
• Use R3C's mobile app for simple electronic reporting
• Receive comprehensive crisis response training
• Supplemental income through this independent consulting role

Requirements

• Independently licensed in the State of Hawaii (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Willingness to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training
