About the role

R3 Continuum is seeking behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events in Bismarck and surrounding areas in North Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.
• Work independently with flexible scheduling.
• Receive personalized support and supplemental income.
• Use R3 Continuum’s mobile app for simple electronic reporting.

Requirements

• Independently licensed in the State of North Dakota (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willingness to complete R3 Continuum's crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training.
