About the role

You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive events.
• Work independently with flexible scheduling.
• Report through a simple mobile app.
• Receive supplemental income.

Requirements

• Independently licensed in the State of North Dakota (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willingness to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.
