Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and families.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.
• Promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development activities.
• Educating families on managing care at home and post-discharge needs.
• Working in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.

Requirements

• RN licensure with a minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• Preferred: 2+ years of pediatric transport or critical care experience.
