About the Role
Provides comprehensive pediatric and newborn transport services within a critical care team. Responsible for direct patient care, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation according to nursing standards.
Responsibilities
- Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and families.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
- Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance activities, as well as professional development.
- Communicate care plans effectively across the continuum of care.
Requirements
- Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ RN experience in pediatric or neonatal critical care; 5 years preferred.
- Ability to work alertly in safety-sensitive roles.

Schedule
