Critical Care Transport Nurse
Role Overview
This position involves providing comprehensive pediatric and neonatal transport services as part of a critical care team. The role includes direct patient care activities such as assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. The nurse promotes patient and family-centered care, educates families on illness management, and collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, family-centered care in a healing environment

Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree, RN licensure
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of pediatric or neonatal transport experience
- Experience: 3 years in pediatric transport, ICU, ER, or CICU (5 years preferred)
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license
