We are offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus for RNs accepting full-time positions with an hourly commitment.

About the role

As a member of the Critical Care Response Transport Team, the Registered Nurse provides patient assessment, critical nursing care, and transport services to patients. The Nurse is responsible for supervising patient care, treatment, and assessment during transport.

Pay

This is an hourly position. The wage range is $51.91-$70.44 per hour, determined by the length of licensure.

  • Based on a standard 48-hour work week (some shifts may require an assigned debit day in week 4), the estimated annual compensation ranges from $140,000 to $190,000.
  • For 1 on 3 off shift schedules that do not include a debit day in the 4th week, the estimated annual salary ranges from $121,469 to $164,829.
  • Shifts are generally 24 hours in duration; therefore, full-time schedules include overtime compensation in accordance with applicable labor laws.

Education and Experience

  • Active and unencumbered RN license
  • Prefer 3 years of experience in a critical care or emergency department environment
  • Certified in ACLS and PALS prior to hire
  • Certified CEN and/or CCRN preferred
  • Patient Transport Experience Preferred
  • BSN preferred
  • EMT-B bridge course will be offered upon hire

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting in a vehicle and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times
  • Ability to bend and stoop
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Possess hand-eye-foot coordination and color recognition
  • Good manual dexterity, with the ability to perform all tasks related to Emergency Medical Services Duty

$15,000 Bonus Requirements

  • 24-hour shift sign-on bonus
  • Paid in one installment in the first pay period following completion of required minimum hours and employment being in good standing
  • Eligibility requires full-time status and accrual of a minimum of 2,496 combined hours of work and used paid time off (PTO), approximately twelve (12) months of employment
  • Bonus is subject to all taxes and withholdings
  • Voluntary or non-voluntary termination of employment disqualifies you from receiving the sign-on bonus
