Compensation

Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay rate of $200/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits
$100,000 equity ownership for all full-time Physicians after 3 years of service

Responsibilities

Participate in the care of critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU)
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Provide clinical guidance and oversight to other healthcare professionals
Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

MD/DO degree
Current medical license in good standing
Experience in critical care medicine
Passing scores on relevant board exams

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to patient-centered care

Skills

Advanced critical care medicine knowledge
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
