Local Team Collaboration

Qualifications
- Physicians must be board-certified or board-eligible in Critical Care medicine.
- An active New Mexico license is preferred but not required.
- A commitment to excellence in clinical service, with strong problem-solving abilities essential for the ICU setting.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling
- 12-hour on-site day shift;
- Nights covered by in-house APP with tele.
- 15, 12-hour shifts per month, block shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in the 20-bed medical and surgical ICU in conjunction with the CT surgeon for co-management of cardiothoracic surgery patients and Sound's Tele-Critical Care.
- Ability to perform all technical skills in the critical care setting.
- Ability to cite experience working collaboratively within the ICU with all team members and across the hospital.

Compensation
- Competitive shift-based compensation with a sign-on bonus.
