About the role
The Crisis Supervisor is responsible for providing crisis intervention services to individuals in crisis situations. This includes assessing needs, implementing safety plans, and coordinating with other support systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide immediate crisis intervention services to individuals in crisis situations.
- Assess individual needs and implement safety plans.
- Coordinate with other support systems such as law enforcement, mental health professionals, and family members.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in crisis intervention or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
