About the role
Seeking dedicated Crisis Service Professionals to provide on‑call crisis response, risk assessments, and mobile support in Adams & Juneau Counties.
Responsibilities
- Respond to crisis calls and conduct risk assessments.
- Deliver brief crisis counseling and connect clients to resources.
- Meet with clients in various settings, respond to emergencies, gather information, and document interactions in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain partnerships with community agencies and stay informed on relevant laws and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
- One year of experience with mental health clients preferred.
- Knowledge of community resources and relevant statutes.
- Strong assessment, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to respond within 1 hour.
Schedule
- Flexible on-call shifts, including overnight and weekend hours.
- Some daytime meetings and training required.
