Crisis Services Professional - On Call

About the role

Seeking dedicated Crisis Service Professionals to provide on‑call crisis response, risk assessments, and mobile support in Adams & Juneau Counties.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls and conduct risk assessments.
• Deliver brief crisis counseling and connect clients to resources.
• Meet with clients in various settings, respond to emergencies, gather information, and document interactions in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain partnerships with community agencies and stay informed on relevant laws and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• One year of experience with mental health clients preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources and relevant statutes.
• Strong assessment, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to respond within 1 hour.

Schedule

• Flexible on-call shifts, including overnight and weekend hours.
• Some daytime meetings and training required.
