We are seeking dedicated Crisis Service Professionals to provide on‑call crisis response, risk assessments, and mobile support to individuals experiencing mental health emergencies in Adams and Juneau Counties. Key Responsibilities Include Responding to crisis calls and delivering mobile crisis interventionsConducting risk assessments and determining appropriate interventionsProviding brief crisis counseling and follow‑up servicesMeeting clients in various settings such as homes, hospitals, and law enforcement locationsResponding to emergency and potential suicide callsGathering information from interviews, records, and contactsConnecting clients with community resources and support networksCollaborating with county staff, law enforcement, courts, and community partnersDocumenting client interactions per legal and organizational standardsIdentifying service gaps and recommending improvementsStaying informed on laws, procedures, and best practices in crisis services Qualifications Include Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related fieldPreferred minimum of one year working with mental health clientsKnowledge of community resources and crisis assessment skillsAbility to learn relevant laws and statutesStrong decision-making, independence, and professionalism skillsEffective relationship-building with diverse populationsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to respond within one hour Benefits Of The Role Competitive pay for crisis response and on‑call coverageSupportive team environmentOpportunities for professional development and training
