Crisis Services Clinical Operations Manager
About the role
Crisis Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Operations Manager to lead our team in providing comprehensive crisis intervention services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of mental health crises.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service quality and client safety.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Manage crisis response teams, ensuring they are prepared and responsive to emergencies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Stay updated on best practices in crisis management and mental health services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in crisis intervention or related field.
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or social services setting.
- Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred.
- Experience with crisis intervention software and tools.
- Background in trauma-informed care and cultural competency.
