Crisis Recovery Specialist - 3rd Shift -$1,000 Sign On Bonus*

About the role

The Crisis Recovery Specialist will provide support to individuals living with chronic mental illness and/or substance use disorders in a recovery-based trauma sensitive residential facility. The role involves supporting therapeutic programming, sharing meals with clients, facilitating medication compliance, and building strong, meaningful connections.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to demonstrate compassion, sensitivity, and reasoning skills
• Able to communicate directly, respectfully, and clearly
• Able to develop a nurturing relationship with clients
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation with personal automobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levels mandated by the State of Vermont
