Starting Compensation
80,000 - 85,000 USD per year
Working Location & Schedule
Location: Victorville, CA
Hours/Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field
- Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an Associate (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid California Driver’s License with a driving record that meets company eligibility policies
- First Aid certification from an approved provider (such as the American Red Cross) or the ability to obtain it upon hire
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with clients, staff, physicians, and community partners
- Must successfully pass a mandatory background check, criminal record clearance, and drug screening
- Meet agency driver eligibility criteria
Responsibilities
- Assess clients at the start of treatment and review as needed
- Develop and maintain treatment plans
- Conduct family collateral and discharge planning
- Discuss goals and objectives of proposed treatment plans and establish a contract with the consumer
- Interview consumers to team with mental health professionals in determining the needs of individuals or groups on a walk-in/telephone basis
- Respond to potential suicide or other emergency events
- Visit clients, individually or as part of a team, in a variety of living situations to help assess mental health needs, observe progress, provide counseling, gather data, and report significant changes in the client's condition to designated professional staff

Population Served: All age groups—children, adolescents, adults, and older adults
Facility & Setting: Mobile | Operates from 6 PM to 8 AM
Clinical Services: Offering rapid mental health assessments and crisis interventions, providing essential services for individuals needing immediate crisis intervention and stabilization.
