Crisis Counselor Supervisor responsible for guiding remote volunteer Crisis Counselors, ensuring high-quality support for texters, especially during high-risk situations such as rescues and mandatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor conversations for quality and training adherence
• Assist counselors in managing high-risk cases
• Provide real-time feedback
• Participate in training initiatives
• Perform active rescues when necessary
• Support safety planning
• Escalate issues as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Over 3 years of crisis intervention experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proficient in G-suite and online platforms
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities

Pay

$26.21/hour

Schedule

Flexible shifts up to 12 hours per week, including weekends, nights, and holidays. Remote position available in specific states.
