About the role

Wendy's of Western Virginia, a locally owned franchise with 14 restaurants, is seeking energetic Crew/Team Members for locations in Roanoke and Lynchburg. You will assist your team in various restaurant duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the dining room or drive-thru
• Take and ring up orders
• Provide food service
• Handle payment and thank customers
• Prepare and store food ingredients
• Assemble food and beverage orders
• Check orders for accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment
• Be friendly and helpful to customers and co-workers
• Meet customer needs and solve food or service issues
• Work well with teammates and accept coaching from management
• Maintain a clean and tidy appearance and work habits
• Communicate positively with customers, teammates, and managers

Qualifications

• Reliability is a must
• Some restaurant/retail experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including late nights (most drive-thrus open until midnight)
• Customer service skills with a smile
• Self‑starter attitude

Pay

From $13.00 per hour, based on experience and availability.
