Crew Member - Landscape Maintenance
About the Role
Crew members perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties under the direction of field managers. This role involves operating various mowing and finishing equipment, performing labor functions, mulching, installation, and other assigned duties in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape management duties as directed by field managers
- Operate mowing and finishing equipment
- Conduct labor functions such as mulching and installation
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times
- Participate in appreciation and celebration events
- Complete other assigned duties as needed
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs routinely
- No prior industry experience required
Schedule
Typically 40-45 hours per week, Monday through Friday (some Saturdays in spring).
