In the San Antonio International Airport, Crew Members prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
• Warmly greet, acknowledge, and take guests' drink and food orders within 30 seconds of them entering the concept.
• Accurately total, process, and collect payments from guests, including using the point-of-sale system.
• Handle money, process credit and debit cards, make change, while complying with the company’s Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
• Show knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant's menu and products, making recommendations to guests to fit their needs, especially when asked about potential food allergens.
• Work in either an on-trend national brand or an iconic local concept, ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledgeable about the restaurant's menu and products.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle cash and credit/debit transactions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on location.

• Basic computer skills, particularly with point-of-sale systems.
• Knowledge of food allergies and safe handling practices.
