About the Role

Join Mariani Landscape as a Crew Member and contribute directly to the visual appeal and health of diverse landscapes. Work on some of the country’s largest and most complex landscape projects, learn from top experts in the field, and take advantage of opportunities to share and exchange best practices across our nationwide network.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general maintenance duties such as mowing lawns, edging, and trimming.
• Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs.
• Remove weeds and dead plants to preserve the health and natural beauty of landscapes.
• Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves to maintain an appealing appearance.
• Operate various landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and tillers.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Landscaper or similar role.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.
• Landscaping is physically demanding—expect to lift heavy objects, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee multiple projects.

Pay

Position range: $17.29 - $20.00 per hour.
