Lumin8 Transportation Technologies delivers Smart Infrastructure Services for the transportation industry, including design, construction, installation, integration, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of Transportation Infrastructure Assets and Technologies.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Crew Member to join our team in Arvada, CO. This is a full-time, hourly position with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., though variations may occur to accommodate project needs. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist crews by working on the ground, handing tools and heavy materials to workers.
• Perform traffic flagging duties.
• Assist line crew with setting poles by shoveling or picking; fill anchor holes.
• Clear undergrowth from right-of-way using hand tools or saws.

Requirements

• Demonstrate ability and willingness to learn.
• Be self-motivated and work productively.
• Possess physical strength, endurance, and manual dexterity.
• Experience on a construction jobsite is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must be insurable.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 80 pounds.
