A Crew Member at Hot Head Burritos plays a vital role in delivering exceptional food service and ensuring a positive dining experience for customers in a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a courteous and attentive manner, deliver exceptional customer service, take orders, and serve meals efficiently.
• Assist in preparing food items, assembling ingredients for menu items, and following standard recipes and safety guidelines.
• Ensure the restaurant area is kept clean and organized at all times, including workstations, dining areas, and restrooms.
• Accurately handle transactions, process payments, and provide receipts to customers using the point-of-sale system.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to prepare and serve food in accordance with state and federal safety standards.
