Responsibilities

At Flynn Wendy’s, the primary mission is to be the premier operator within the Wendy’s brand. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing customers with great-tasting food and exceptional service. You will also help develop your skills to achieve personal goals, fostering a sense of belonging and pride within the team.

Pay

Wendy's® Crew Members start at Minimum wage up to $16.13 per hour. Additional benefits include Flexible Schedules, Same Day Pay, Medical/Dental/Vision (HSA/ST/LTD/Accident/Critical Illness/Hospital Indemnity/Legal/Life), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Paid Sick Leave is also provided.
