Requirements

• No prior experience required for this entry-level position; training and resources provided.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand for 6+ hours at a time.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a guest-oriented mindset, operating with honesty and integrity.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others and value teamwork.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive guest relationships and exceed expectations.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Must follow Dunkin' Brands' safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
