Crew Member

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain a friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness in all areas, including:
  • Outside: sweep parking lot, pick up trash, wipe down signs/menu boards, clean windows.
  • Lobby and restrooms: clean tables, floors, empty trash cans, clean and restock restrooms.
  • Back of house: wipe down tables/walls, sweep and mop floors, wash dishes.
• Monitor guest satisfaction in the lobby.
• Monitor and restock condiment stand, beverage ice levels, and paper supplies.
• Maintain and stock the sandwich station, including preparing and packaging sandwiches and side items.
• Monitor product levels and holding times on the production counter; turn and pull product past holding time.
• Assist with food orders, following FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines.
• Maintain time and temperature logs/HACCP records.
• Bake and dress biscuits.
• Communicate any problems to the manager regarding safety and security.
• Provide guest service in the lobby and drive-thru:
  • Take orders and suggestive sell.
  • Record transactions in the register.
  • Fill drinks or present cups.
  • Package, verify, and present orders; invite guests to return.
• Assist with guest production tasks:
  • Season, batter, and fry chicken and other items.
  • Filter frying machine per shift and change shortening as needed.
  • Pre-pan and defrost appropriate items.
  • Stock freezer-to-fryer items and make batter.
  • Assist in packaging, verifying, and presenting orders.
