About the role

Randolph Restaurant Group, franchisee of Bojangles OPCO, Inc., operates 12 restaurants across North Carolina, West Virginia, and Virginia. We’re looking for outgoing, energetic individuals to join our team and help deliver acclaimed Southern-inspired fare and memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and interact with guests in a friendly, efficient manner
• Prepare and cook food to Bojangles’ quality standards using advanced cooking equipment
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and organization in the workspace
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily restaurant upkeep

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Capable of standing for up to 8 hours during shifts
