We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, legal, navigation, etc). Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay: we have Min USD $30.00/Hr. Max USD $35.00/Hr. So we can include Pay section with that. Schedule: not mentioned; maybe travel 100% travel? The posting says "100% TRAVEL Job Summary". That indicates schedule? It's travel requirement. Could treat as Schedule? Might be considered "Schedule" but not explicit schedule like shift. The instruction: only create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections if posting actually states them. It states "100% TRAVEL". That's not schedule but travel requirement. Could be considered under "About the role" maybe. Not schedule. So we likely omit Schedule. Benefits: not mentioned. So omit Benefits.
We need sections: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (maybe qualifications?), Qualifications (education, certification, license, skill requirements), Skills (tools). We need to avoid duplication. The posting includes "Job Duties And Responsibilities" and then a long list. Also "Tools" list. Also "Qualifications Physical and Mental Requirements:" and "Education, Certification, License, And Skill Requirements". Also "Minimum Years Of Experience 4-6". Also "License Required No". Also "Minimum Education High School". Also overview about company (IES) - that's boilerplate? It's company description; maybe we can include in About the role? The instruction: preserve all substantive information; do not remove company overview unless it's boilerplate? It's not navigation/legal/EEO. It's substantive about employer. Could be included in About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the company". But only allowed headings are the listed ones. We could put company overview under About the role (maybe as part of summary). Or we could create a separate section not allowed. Better to incorporate into About the role.
We need to avoid duplication: The posting repeats some lines like "Provide status reporting regarding Data Center service availability, performance, capacity utilization as required." appears maybe twice? We need to preserve all substantive info but not duplicate lines. We should deduplicate.
Let's extract content.
Job Summary: "100% TRAVEL Job Summary The Crew Lead - Data Center Services will support both the Physical and Virtual Infrastructure of the organization and its facilities. The Crew Lead - Data Center Services will drive data center best practice and relative industry standards into working processes and procedures as/where applicable. The Crew Lead - DCS will act as the on-site coordinator and crew supervisor."
We can rephrase but must preserve info; we can keep as is.
Responsibilities: list from "Job Duties And Responsibilities" until before "Tools". Let's capture each bullet.

Note: Some items like "Strong skills and familiarity with basic computer productivity tools..." could be considered skills but it's in responsibilities list. We'll keep it there.
Now Tools: list under "Tools Basic Hand Tools: ..." and "Trade Tools: ...". We'll put under Skills section maybe.
Qualifications: There's "Qualifications Physical and Mental Requirements:" list, then "Education, Certification, License, And Skill Requirements". Also "Minimum Years Of Experience 4-6", "License Required No", "Minimum Education High School". Also overview about company (IES) maybe separate.
We need to avoid duplication: The "Qualifications Physical and Mental Requirements:" includes many bullet-like sentences. Then "Education, Certification, License, And Skill Requirements" includes more.
We'll combine into Requirements section? The instruction: we have headings Requirements and Qualifications separate. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements could be experience, physical/mental, etc. Qualifications could be education, certification, license, skills. But we can allocate.
Let's define:
- About the role: job summary + company overview maybe.
- Responsibilities: the duties list.
- Requirements: physical and mental requirements, minimum years of experience, license required, minimum education, maybe also "Must be able to work at heights..." etc.
- Qualifications: education, certification, license, skill requirements (maybe overlapping). But we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps we put education/certification/license under Qualifications, and physical/mental/experience under Requirements.
Let's extract:
Physical and Mental Requirements (bulleted):
- Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and help create, develop and implement project process improvement(s).
- Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.
- 3-5 years working in data centers relative to the datacom/telecom industry, operations and administration or related technical field

Education, Certification, License, And Skill Requirements:

- Must know the universal communications color codes.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project)
- Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
Also separate fields:
- Minimum Years Of Experience 4-6
- License Required No
- Minimum Education High School
Note there is overlap: Minimum years experience appears both 3-5 years in physical requirements and 3 years in education section, plus 4-6 overall. We'll keep the most specific? We need to preserve all substantive info; we can include all but avoid duplication. Could combine into a single bullet: "Minimum 3-5 years experience in data centers (telecom/technical field); overall minimum 4-6 years experience." But that may be summarizing. Better to keep both statements as separate bullets, but they are similar. Might be considered duplication but not exact same wording. We'll keep both.
Now Skills: Tools list.
Tools Basic Hand Tools: screwdriver (regular and Phillips), drywall saw, torpedo level, tape measure, snips (with belt sheath), pliers (needle nose and channel locks), hammer, cable stripper, flashlight and gloves.
Trade Tools: punch tool with 110 block and 66 block blade, 6/8 position combo crimp tool, Krone/3M/BIX, butt set, volt-ohmmeter, 4-pair continuity tester and 5-gang punch tool.
We'll put under Skills as a list.
Pay: Min USD $30.00/Hr. Max USD $35.00/Hr.
Now About the role: include job summary and company overview.
Company overview: "IES is a national provider of industrial products and infrastructure services to a variety of end markets, including electrical, mechanical and communications contracting solutions for the commercial, industrial, residential and renewable energy markets. IES is publicly traded on NASDAQ under the symbol IESC. As of the end of IES’s 2024 fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, IES produced over $2.8+ billion in revenue and employed over 9,485 employees at over 131 domestic locations across the United States."
We can include that as part of About the role.
Now we must not include EEO statements, legal, navigation, etc. Remove all that.
Now produce HTML fragment with headings for each section.
We'll have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Pay.
Check if any content for Benefits, Schedule: none.
Now ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We'll not.
Now format: each section:
for each section.
We'll have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Pay.
Check if any content for Benefits, Schedule: none.
Now ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We'll not.
Now format: each section: About the role
then
for prose,
- for lists.
We need to decide where to use
vs
- . For About the role we have two paragraphs: job summary and company overview. Could combine into one
- each.
Requirements: list of physical/mental etc ->
- .
Qualifications: list of education/certification etc ->
- .
Skills: list of tools -> maybe two
- for hand tools and trade tools, or one combined. We'll do one
- . Could be long but okay.
Pay:
with min and max. Now ensure we preserve all substantive info. Let's extract each bullet exactly as in text, but we can trim extra spaces. Let's list Responsibilities bullets exactly: 1. Directly support and coordinate all scheduled data center MACs based on set DCIT calendar event scheduling 2. Implements cable work order (CWO) MAC
- with items separated by commas? Better to list each tool as
- . Could be long but okay.
Pay:
- .
Skills: list of tools -> maybe two
- .
Qualifications: list of education/certification etc ->
with two sentences? Better separate
for each. Responsibilities: list of duties ->
- each.
Requirements: list of physical/mental etc ->
