Restaurant Team Lead / Crew Lead / Shift Manager positions are offered as full‑time or part‑time restaurant jobs.

Responsibilities

Assisting drive‑in management in implementing the restaurant plan to meet established operating standards, sales, and profits, primarily through:

• Assisting in training and motivating crew members and performing work functions in the Seven Basic Stations as needed.
• Effectively implementing local store marketing plans while helping to control costs.
• Assisting in managing daily restaurant operations and providing every customer with outstanding service.
• Working and managing in compliance with the SONIC franchise license agreement, the SONIC‑Drive‑in Operations Manual, standard operations systems, and drive‑in policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager.
