Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedules and routes for a team of drivers
• Ensure all drivers are compliant with safety and regulatory requirements
• Provide support and training to drivers as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with fleet management software
• Knowledge of local and federal regulations
