About the role

CRÈME is a boutique multidisciplinary design firm focusing on hospitality, retail, and residential design. We are seeking an Architectural Designer to join our team based in the vibrant Williamsburg neighborhood of New York City.

Responsibilities

• Work on ground-up residential projects
• Experience in high-end interior architecture is preferred
• Minimum 8 years experience in residential design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting and 3D rendering software (Sketch-up, 3D Max)
• Graphics software proficiency (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Construction documentation experience
• Knowledge of both PC and Mac operating systems

Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Location in or around the NY Metro Area

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in residential design
