Cremations and Facilities Supervisor

About the role

Moore Lane Veterinary Hospital, a growing 24/7/365 Emergency and GP hospital, is seeking a Cremations and Facilities Supervisor. This position oversees 1‑3 employees and is responsible for the efficient operation of the cremation department as well as oversight of facilities repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of 1‑3 staff members in the cremation department.
• Ensure efficient, safe, and compliant operation of all cremation processes.
• Oversee facilities repair and maintenance activities to keep the hospital environment functional and safe.
• Develop and implement departmental roadmaps and new initiatives that align with the hospital’s mission and values.
• Engage and motivate both customers and employees with energy and a sense of possibility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a veterinary setting or crematory environment.
• Demonstrated leadership competencies, including the ability to inspire and captivate both customers and staff.
• Proven ability to create strategic roadmaps for departmental success.
• Experience introducing and managing new initiatives within your area of expertise.
