Credit Specialist

About the role

This Credit Specialist role offers a blend of customer interaction, accounting exposure, and long-term rewards through an ESOP program. Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances and collections activities.
• Process check deposits and maintain accurate account records.
• Assist with accounts receivable activities and customer account management.
• Support customers by resolving payment and billing-related questions.

Requirements

• Accounts Receivable experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience working with SAP is a plus.
• Associate degree preferred, though relevant experience will be considered.

Pay

$40,000 to $54,000 per year.
