About the role
This is a commission-based position with excellent earning potential for individuals who are self-motivated, dependable, and passionate about customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Build rapport and identify each customer's vehicle needs and budget.
- Present vehicle features, benefits, and available inventory.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives.
- Explain financing options and assist customers through the credit application process.
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers.
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right individual.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
