Credit Services Representative I - Loan Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Performs daily loan and portfolio system maintenance for various loan types.
• Completes full account activity review and documentation checks, initiating corrections as needed.
• Follows restricted guide procedures to maintain system integrity and prevent errors.
• Supports internal and external clients with questions regarding loan accounts.
• Adds dealer floor plan units and processes associated monetary transactions.
• Corrects billing exceptions, posts accrual adjustments, and clears balance activity.
• Processes consumer and residential credit disputes.
• Prepares and disburses accurate real estate taxes paid through escrow.
• Prepares maintenance and documentation for scanning to the Document Retention System.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years related experience.
• Proficient in mathematics and computer systems including LaserPro, CIF, Word, Excel, Grow systems, mainframe, and Loan Prospector.
• Moderate interpersonal relations, typing, report writing, analytical, and supervisory skills.
• Ability to comply with established budgets and operate within budgetary constraints.
