About the role
The Credit Executive is responsible for Casino Credit Office activities, ensuring all duties are performed according to Seneca Gaming Corporation's policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Grant, suspend, and deny Casino Credit to patrons as necessary.
- Identify and educate prospective casino credit patrons.
- Process all phases of casino credit applications in accordance with department procedure manual.
- Maintain customer files and exchange credit information with other casinos.
- Interact with the Casino Executive team and casino patrons to enhance objectives and gaming experience.
- Work with all departments to promote responsible credit usage.
- Evaluate credit histories of applicants and implement approved policies and procedures.
- Input appropriate information into patron computer and manual files.
- Verify and post confidential credit information and identification credentials.
- Capture and input patron signatures into the signature verification system.
- Input approval or denial information into patron's computer credit file and change account status.
- Complete assignments given by the Credit Manager.
- Maintain a current understanding of information security policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate professionally.
- Maintain a professional work environment with supervisors, managers, and staff.
- Meet attendance and regulatory guidelines.
- Complete required SGC Training programs within nine months of employment.
- Attend necessary meetings.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older upon employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college or university graduate preferred.
- Self-starter with team environment experience.
- Knowledge and interpretation of gaming regulations.
- Minimum five years' experience in Casino Credit or similar lending positions.
- Organizational and supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficient computer skills.

- Ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively to the public, employees, and customers.
- Ability to resolve problems/conflicts diplomatically and tactfully.

Starting Rate: $49,069.41
Compensation is negotiable based on experience and education.
Schedule
Hours are determined by a 24-hour schedule.
