Credit Consultant Assistant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Aid Credit Consultants in maintaining their pipeline
• Pull soft and hard credit reports
• Work on initial and follow-up game plans
• Run simulations and provide information for MLO credit opinions
• Input data into various computer programs
• Generate reports upon request
• Operate with professionalism and ethics to enhance customer service and company goodwill
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently
• Show attention to detail and maintain accuracy and compliance
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Be proficient with MS Office and email

Qualifications

• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Associate degree preferred
• Proficiency with CreditXpert and understanding of credit reports from credit vendors and CRM systems
• Experience in Credit Consulting, mortgage lending, or a related field is preferred
