Responsibilities

  • Work onsite the following schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:30 am - 6 pm; Friday 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
  • Make outbound calls to hot leads that are provided daily
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their credit repair needs and goals
  • Educate consumers on the credit repair process
  • Conduct thorough credit analyses to identify inaccuracies, errors, or negative items affecting clients' credit scores
  • Close sales and enroll clients in our credit repair program
  • Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the credit repair process
  • Maintain and document all sales activities and client interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Stay up to date about changes in credit laws, regulations, and industry trends

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in phone sales, preferably in the financial services or credit repair industry
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Familiarity with credit reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent
