Responsibilities
- Work onsite the following schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:30 am - 6 pm; Friday 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Make outbound calls to hot leads that are provided daily
- Engage with potential clients to understand their credit repair needs and goals
- Educate consumers on the credit repair process
- Conduct thorough credit analyses to identify inaccuracies, errors, or negative items affecting clients' credit scores
- Close sales and enroll clients in our credit repair program
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the credit repair process
- Maintain and document all sales activities and client interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Stay up to date about changes in credit laws, regulations, and industry trends
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in phone sales, preferably in the financial services or credit repair industry
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Familiarity with credit reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
