This position can be based in Auburn, WA or Salem, OR, with the final work location determined based on the selected candidate's preference.
What You Will Do
- Answering phones
- Data entry
- Customer service
- Setting up job accounts
- Processing lien notices and lien releases
- Providing trade references
- Process credit applications
- Setting up new accounts
- Customer file maintenance
- Possible light collections
- Other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring
- Some accounts receivable, collections and/or sales tax related experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills, intermediate skill level on MS Word and Excel
- Self-Motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work independently and team oriented
- Excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask and prioritize
- Able to handle a different range of personalities in a professional and courteous manner
- Able to work independently and team oriented
Physical Requirements And Work Environment
- Office environment
- Heavy phone and computer use
- Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday, however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
- Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance
