Credit Associate

About the role
You are persistent, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to multitask. You enjoy working with numbers and are an effective communicator with exceptional phone skills and attention to detail. In this role, you will assist in the maintenance of accounts receivable calculations and records, provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, review documents for discrepancies, and enter data.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, such as Word and Excel
- Previous customer service and/or credit experience (preferred)
