  • Performs accurate and timely entry of customer selection(s) into order processing system.
  • Maintains and updates customer orders in compliance with credit and collection standards to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Handles general customer account inquiries via phone, email, and fax, and follows up to meet customer expectations.
  • Utilizes business systems to document notes and gather necessary information.
  • Solves customer issues, such as processing adjustments for late charges and overages/shortages, according to established guidelines.
  • Conducts monthly department audits, including assessing calls, updating account records, and responding to inquiries.

Seeks advice and guidance from supervisor on non-routine or problem areas. Exercises limited independence and discretion under close supervision. Works with detailed checks or reviews by senior coworkers and supervisors. No travel required.

High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Requires 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Located in a comfortable indoor environment. Most work involves sitting and occasional movement. Rarely requires moving or lifting light items. No travel.
