About the Role

You are persistent, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to multitask. You enjoy working with numbers. You are an effective communicator with exceptional phone skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the maintenance of accounts receivable calculations and records.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Review documents for discrepancies and enter data.

Requirements

Preferably, you have proficiency in Microsoft Applications, such as Word and Excel. Previous customer service and/or credit experience is preferred.
