Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the Medical Staff Office, including staff supervision, performance management, and operational oversight.
- Manage physician and allied health credentialing and privileging processes, including appointments, reappointments, temporary privileges, and privilege expansions.
- Cooky navigation/legal/EEO/scam-warning boilerplate removed for brevity.

- Foster strong relationships with physicians, leaders, and operational stakeholders to ensure exceptional Medical Staff services and support.

- What you’ll need for this job:
- Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred: Master's Degree
- Minimum Experience Required: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience
- PREFERRED: 3-5 years of previous job-related experience
- Details: Minimum three years in health care related profession
- Licensure/Certifications Required: Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS)
- Preferred: Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM)
- Other: N/A
Pay Range
Pay Range: $21.02 - $32.59 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
