Verification Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review assigned applications, records, or process items for accuracy, completeness, and policy alignment.
• Document findings, status updates, follow-up requirements, and review outcomes clearly.
• Cook up coordination with operations, HR, customer support, or administrative teams on missing information.
• Support routine quality review, verification, and compliance-support workflows.
• Help improve review checklists, documentation standards, and operating procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in compliance support, quality review, verification, application review, or operations support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured review procedures.
• Comfort handling business information responsibly and documenting review outcomes clearly.
• Good written communication and ability to escalate unclear items when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a remote-first or distributed team environment.
• Ability to improve templates, checklists, trackers, or operating procedures.
• Comfort working with confidential or process-sensitive business information.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $51,000 – $79,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and business needs.
