Job Summary
The University of Saint Francis seeks adjunct faculty to teach in various programs including Studio Art, Graphic Design, Pre-Art Therapy, and Visual Arts Education. Primary responsibilities include adhering to university policies, respecting student and institutional beliefs, and performing other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in field from an accredited university (with substantial experience/professional experience) required. Masters or graduate degree in the field of study preferred.
Experience: One to two years’ teaching or training experience preferred. Two to three years’ professional experience within the field preferred.
Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrates understanding of educational theory, instructional methods, and evaluation techniques; demonstrates analytical and organizational skills; demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Licenses or Certifications: None required.
