About the Role
Digital Media Production, Adjunct faculty are needed to teach Media Literacy, Media and Video Production, Digital Filmmaking, and Editing. For day, evening, weekend, and/or online classes at the Community College of Baltimore County.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate learning via preparation and delivery of instruction
- Cooperate with College support staff in timely submission of materials and grades as required
- Coordinate activities with the Program Director or Coordinator
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Electronic Media and Film, Digital Media Production, Video Production; or Bachelor’s Degree (in discipline) and seven years of professional experience and a portfolio
- Two (2) years teaching experience
- Experience using classroom technology and learning management systems preferred
- Proficient computer skills and MicroSoft applications knowledge
- Prior college teaching experience preferred
- A working knowledge of Screenplay writing and formatting preferred
Qualifications
Level 1 - $1,085 per credit hour.
Location: Catonsville, Dundalk & Essex Campuses
