Creator Partnerships Manager
About the role
In this role, you’ll work directly with creators, guiding how offers and brands are promoted so campaigns feel authentic while driving measurable performance and sustainable revenue over time. You’ll own creator relationships end-to-end, ensuring they stay long term, continue growing with us, and improve profitability quarter over quarter through strong communication, optimization, and trust.
You’ll partner closely with Creator Partnerships Coordinators, who support sourcing, outreach, and execution, allowing you to focus on relationship ownership, deal-making, and performance growth.
Responsibilities
- Own creator relationships end-to-end, acting as the primary point of contact for creators
- Negotiate deals, compensation structures, and campaign terms with creators
- Guide creators on content strategy, positioning, and performance optimization
- Identify high-value creator niches and opportunities in collaboration with coordinators
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align creator activity with client goals
- Drive creator revenue, retention, and long-term growth across campaigns
- Monitor creator performance and adjust strategy to improve outcomes
- Share best practices around content strategy, messaging, and performance angles internally
- Support and mentor coordinators by providing guidance on outreach quality, creator qualification, and performance insights
- Travel as needed for conferences, events, and on-site activations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in the influencer, performance, or affiliate marketing space
- Experience managing partnerships, accounts, or campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable in a startup setting and shaping how things get done
- Deep understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), the creator economy, and trends
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term creator relationships while staying focused on performance and outcomes
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously
- Proactive team player who values collaboration, welcomes feedback, and can work autonomously
- Strong communicator with a persuasive, relationship-driven mindset; confident negotiating directly with creators
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment that may require evenings or weekends to support time-sensitive creator posts and campaign launches

- Strong communicator with a persuasive, relationship-driven mindset; confident negotiating directly with creators

Pay
$70,000 – $80,000 base salary + uncapped performance-based commission
Schedule
Flexible, with the possibility of evening or weekend work as needed for high-impact moments.
