Creator Content Lead (Brazil)

About the role

You own the creative quality and end-to-end execution of creator content across Brazil — from brief to publish. Your editorial judgment and production discipline directly shape how Moises shows up in one of its most important markets, across Social, Paid, and Web. The role sits at the intersection of creative direction, production management, and cross-functional coordination. You will have real authority over creative decisions within your scope — you are not waiting for someone else to define what good looks like.

Responsibilities

• Write and deliver creator briefings, run co-creation sessions and product demos
• Manage concurrent productions against campaign schedules and give final approval before anything goes live
• Cook up publishing across Social, Paid, and Web teams and track usage rights
• Produce supporting campaign assets: tracking links, landing pages, coupon codes, copy, and design briefs
• Monitor content performance during active campaigns and contribute to post-campaign analysis
• Maintain ongoing creative dialogue with long-term creator partners

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years in content production, creator content management, branded content, or editorial roles
• Proven experience managing creator content on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
• Ability to write briefings, lead co-creation sessions, and deliver actionable feedback across multiple productions
• Portuguese: Native. English: Fluent or intermediate. Spanish: any level accepted
• Active connection to music culture — as a musician, producer, music educator, or music-tech contributor. Non-negotiable.

Nice to Have

• Experience producing, editing, or directing video or audio content
• Background in freemium SaaS or product-led growth
• Experience running creator campaigns across LATAM markets

Qualifications

• Fluent or intermediate in Portuguese and English
• Any level of Spanish accepted

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with social media platforms and tools
• Understanding of content strategy and execution
• Knowledge of SaaS products and product-led growth
