Responsibilities

• Lead Progressive’s influencer and creator marketing program, developing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business impact.
• Coordinate the end-to-end development of creator campaigns, from strategy and creator selection through content development, activation, measurement, and optimization.
• Manage agency partners, identify and vet creators and online personalities, guide creative development, and collaborate across social media, media, brand, legal, PR, and analytics teams to bring creator-led programs to life.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years work experience in digital marketing, specifically, Creator/Influencer marketing
• OR Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (e.g., Business), and a minimum of five years' experience digital marketing, specifically, Creator/Influencer marketing

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience building and scaling creator or influencer marketing programs for a large national consumer brand.
• Proven expertise in creator strategy, talent vetting, partnership development, and campaign execution across major social platforms.
• Experience managing agencies, external partners, and cross-functional partners while driving projects from concept through execution.
• Strong understanding of creator economics, social media trends, platform capabilities, and industry best practices.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve business results.

Pay

$74,000 - $98,700/year Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
