Responsibilities

• Oversee and support design, branding, and marketing activities for the organization
• Responsible for design team, whose duties focus on developing the brand and creating marketing materials and other content
• Produces, designs and delivers creative assets
• Works with external freelancers and creatives as needed
• Develops a deep understanding of our target audiences to deliver high-quality creative solutions that generate a positive ROI
• Manages, mentors and develops team
• Makes sure the team stays innovative, current and aware of trends to keep campaign looks fresh

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a Creative Lead Role
• 3+ years or experience managing, coaching and developing employees required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Proven experience in cross-departmental collaboration
• Experience managing third-party vendors
• Data-driven decision making

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $117,000 - $158,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
