Our strength lies in the broad range of techniques and custom special effects solutions we use to create first class spectaculars including laser effects, video projection and mapping, pyrotechnics, architectural lighting installs and custom constructed sets and props. Job Overview: The Creative Services Coordinator plays an essential role on our fast-paced, detail-oriented team. This position coordinates project timelines and workflows and supports each of the work streams within the department. The coordinator also supports file organization, distributes creative materials, maintains archival databases, conducts online content research, and assists with special marketing initiatives involving internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Track project schedules, assignments, and deadlines using project management software.Distribute creative materials, assets, and project information to appropriate team members and stakeholders.Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and workflows for print production and vendor-supported projects.Organize creative files and maintain consistent file-management practices.Maintain accurate marketing, project, and archival databases for internal team access.Research social media platforms and online sources for content related to company clients and projects.Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to execute special projects and marketing initiatives.Provide general administrative and project support to the Creative Services and Marketing teams. Requirements One to three years of relevant experience in marketing, creative services, event production, video production, project coordination, or a related field.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals.Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and remain effective in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated adaptability, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
